Delete Your Data — QRIS wantuno

This page explains how you can request deletion of some or all of the data QRIS wantuno (developed by Yunolah) has collected about you, either from within the app or, if you no longer have access to the app, by contacting us directly.

1. Delete specific data from inside the app

You can remove individual pieces of your data yourself, without closing your account:

• Saved merchants — open a saved merchant and choose delete/remove from the saved list.
• Merchant reports you submitted — open the report from your reported-merchant list and choose delete.
• Reviews you submitted — open "My Reviews" in your profile and choose delete on any review.
• Profile photo — replace or remove it from the Profile page; the old photo is deleted from storage.

2. Delete your entire account and data

To request deletion of all your personal data at once, without contacting support:

1. Open QRIS wantuno and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Close Account.
4. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

This takes effect immediately — see below for exactly what happens to each type of data.

3. Can't access the app anymore?

If you've lost access to your Google account or uninstalled the app and can't complete the in-app steps above, you can request deletion by email:

• Send a request to yunolah.id@gmail.com
• Send it from the email address associated with your account (the one you signed in with).
• Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and mention which data you want deleted.

We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

4. What data is deleted, anonymized, or kept

Deleted permanently, immediately

• Saved merchants (personal bookmarks)
• Any individual report, review, or profile photo you delete yourself (see section 1)

Anonymized immediately (unlinked from your identity)

When you close your account:

• Your email address, display name, and profile photo are removed from your live profile.
• Your scan history, reviews, reports, and votes are kept but disconnected from your identity — shown afterwards as "Pengguna QRIS" (a generic user) — so that merchant ratings, report counts, and other users' content built on top of your contributions stay intact.

Kept for fraud prevention, deletable on request

• Your original email address and name are archived internally at the time you close your account. This copy is kept to help us detect and prevent abuse (e.g. repeat fraudulent reports, ban evasion) and is not shown anywhere in the app or used for any other purpose.
• If you want this archived copy permanently erased, email yunolah.id@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" — we will manually delete it within 30 days.
